"Lonnie has been our groomer for a year now and he is WONDERFUL! We have 4 dogs and Lonnie has been great with the dogs especially our "special needs" long coat German Shepherd, Reagan. Reagan typically does not like to be around men but Lonnie has been able to groom her and she has warmed up to him in her own special way. Lonnie is very patient with her and provides her with exactly the cut that we request each time. After relocating to Texas a year ago, I was very nervous about finding a new groomer for Reagan since she was so comfortable with the old groomer in Ohio. I am glad I found Lonnie and that we've been able to transition Reagan so smoothly to someone else's care. He has been very willing to work out a flexible system to get the dogs done the same day with as little upset to them as possible. He does a great job and we appreciate him!"
