I wanted to take a minute and write you a short note to thank you and Aussie Pet Mobile for the great service. It was the first time I have ever used a mobile sevice before and I was a bit leary, that is until I met Maci, the groomer. I explained to Maci that my puppy Sookie was very skittish and scared as she had been abused in the past and to please be very gentle with her. Maci listened intently and did a GREAT job with Sookie. Maci took extra time to make Sookie feel comfortable and was very loving and sweet to her. By the time she was finished Sookie was very calm and felt much better as I had let her hair get to long.
I wanted to thank you and Maci for the fabulous job that you did and to let you know I will refer ANYONE to your service as it was not only very professional, but personal as well.
