As a busy working professional and a mom, it was such a releif to have your Aussie Pet Mobile pull into our dirveway today (ahead of schedule, I might add!) knowing that I'd have professional grooming help with our golden retreiver, Sugar.
Your groomer, Emilio, was very pleasant and showed genuine care and understanding about how to handle Sugar. She is a very nervous dog, but Emilio immediately made her feel comfortable with his presence by sitting on the floor with her and giving her special treats. They became fast friends.
She returned to our home looking like a show dog - pampered, smelling wonderful, and beautifully clipped exactly how I wanted. And the "candy corn" bandana offered an extra special touch to set off her newly groomed appearance. Emilio's attention to detail was outstanding, and I truly appreciate his professionalism.
