"We have been completely satisfied with the Aussie Pet Mobile service. Our dog, Heidi, is an "older" yellow lab and the groomer always gives her the best tender loving care and takes the time necessary to do a thorough bath, brushing/drying, teeth cleaning and clipping. She actually seems to enjoy all of it. The convenience of having the pet mobile come to our house is an added plus, so we don't have to load her into the car and take her to a groomer. In the past, when we took her to a groomer at one of the pet stores, we found out she was kenneled to dry a while before she was brushed and then blown dry. ""I have two dogs, Shilo and Buddy. Shilo is a very large German Shepard. Like most Shepard's, he sheds, continuously. Aussie Pet Mobile's groomers use grooming techniques, along with a product called FURminator, that eliminates and controls his shedding better than anything else I have tried. Shilo also has hip-dysplasia and bad ACL's, which makes it difficult for him to move around. The groomers go out of their way to make sure Shilo is comfortable the entire time. Buddy is a Shar-Pei/Pug mix. A common problem with these breeds is skin irritation and very dirty ears. Aussie's groomers have helped me address these issues and keep them under control. There have been a couple of times when both our dogs have gotten sprayed by a skunk. I got on the phone and called Sharon. She sent a groomer out almost immediately to take care of the problem. I love the convienience of having the groomers come to my home on a regular basis to take care of our dogs. Their vans have everything they need to take care of all grooming services and they are set up with the pet's comfort in mind. Sharon and her groomers are always friendly and attentive to all of our needs.""

I couldn't imagine taking Makena to a regular groomer where she would go into a holding crate before and after the grooming appointment.
