Was very pleased and Sammy looks so cute. She gave him a lion cut and he looks like he has little boots on...smile. Now he has a chance at a normal life ....not sure how he endured all of those mats on his body while with his previous owner. Since neither of us knew how he would react to grooming, she took on one big job and came through perfectly---Sammy wasn't happy then, but he is now. Will recommend you to everyone! "

"I must tell you something wonderful about the last groom my cat had with Aussie. She has pretty much been a loner cat for the past 8 years. I would take her to a pet groomer to get her lion cut once a year and she would come out and be with the family more for about a month after her cut, then she would retreat to being her loner self. However, with this past lion cut I decided to give Aussie a try due to convenience and less trauma for my cat having to go to a groomer. Ever since she had her lion cut done with Aussie a few months ago, she has now turned into my lap cat. Every night (or day if we are home) she is with us constantly. "Dear Joe and Gail - I can not thank you enough for the outstanding grooming service you provided for my parents cat, "Putz". They have been concerned for months with his claws pulling at their carpet and furniture as well as his shedding. He is an elderly cat (not to mention a bit grumpy and set in his ways - as many cats can be), and getting him out of the house for care was stressful for my parents as well as the cat. We had considered many options - including sedating him to get him to a groomer - but obviously we were worried about the health risks for an elderly pet. I was extremely happy to receive a mailer with your ad. I knew immediately it would be a safe solution to our problem. Your scheduling was quick and convenient. Gail arrived on time and spent time "bonding" with Putz prior to attempting any care. Although my parents were worried, she quickly put their fears to rest when they observed her playing with Putz - and he was actually enjoying her company. Gail was quick and gentle with his care, and much to my parents surprise - Putz came strolling back into the house looking dapper and calm.
